Acceptance of terms

Spiglo (the 'Service') is operated by bam.sk s. r. o.. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

Spiglo is a scheduling and polling tool that lets you create polls, propose dates and times, share links, and collect votes and comments. The core service is currently provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

Accounts

You can use some features without an account, but creating polls requires registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication and ask that you notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

When using Spiglo, you agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• post content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that violates others' rights or privacy;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or harvest other users' data;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example by overloading, scraping, or circumventing security or rate limits.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (polls, options, comments, and so on). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must have the right to share it. Note that polls and votes shared via a public link may be visible to anyone who has the link.

Availability and warranties

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we may suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the 'Last updated' date. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
